Approved company boilerplate
Above & Beyond Senior Living is a Colorado-based, locally owned senior placement and advisory service founded in 2023 by professionals with real operational experience in assisted living and memory care. Led by a licensed assisted living administrator, a certified dementia trainer, and clinical nursing leadership, the company provides free, personalized placement for independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and respite care, guiding families from the first conversation through move-in at no cost. It serves families statewide and is the only placement agency in Colorado led by former administrators and licensed care professionals.
The founding story
Above & Beyond Senior Living was founded in 2023 by three people who had spent their careers inside Colorado senior communities, running them, nursing in them, and admitting families into them. They kept meeting families who had been handed a list of buildings by a national referral line and left to sort it out alone. They started the company to be the opposite of that.
The three founders bring more than 75 combined years in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, home health, and hospice. The help is free to families, and it ends with someone standing next to them on move-in day rather than a phone call that stops once a contract is signed.
