Denver Senior Living Prices and Room Availability
Denver senior living is priced monthly by care level, with independent living lowest and secured memory care highest. No community publishes its openings, so availability has to be confirmed by phone. We check current prices and rooms for you, tour with you, and never charge families.

How does room availability work in Denver?
Four things every Denver family should know before they start calling buildings themselves.
Openings are not published anywhere
No Denver community posts a live vacancy list. Availability changes daily and depends on the care level, the room type, and whether the building can staff that level of care this month. We call and confirm before you ever drive somewhere.
Secured memory care is the tightest
Locked memory care has the fewest rooms and the highest staffing requirement in the metro, so it fills first and holds waitlists longest. Independent living and larger assisted living apartments generally have more give.
A confirmed room can move in days
Once a nurse assessment is done and the agreement is signed, many Denver buildings can take a move-in within a few days, weekends included. The assessment and the medication list are usually what set the pace, not the room.
Waitlists are worth joining early
If you like a building that is full, getting on its list while you tour others costs nothing and often decides the outcome. Families who plan two to six months ahead almost always get a first choice.

What do Denver communities actually look like?
Photos from our own Denver tours are being added here. Until they are, these slots stay labeled rather than filled with stock images of buildings we have not walked.

How do you get current Denver prices and openings?
Tell us the care level, the part of Denver you are looking in, and your monthly budget. A founder confirms what is open right now, sends you the real numbers, and books the tours. It is free.
