Yes. You never pay us. Communities pay a placement fee only when a move happens, and that fee does not raise your rent. If the honest answer is that no move is needed, we say so and there is no fee to anyone.

Often within 48 hours. Send or read us the discharge paperwork, we confirm which Denver communities can accept that care level today, and we tour quickly. Weekends by appointment.

No. We work across the Front Range, including Aurora, Lakewood, Greenwood Village, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and Greeley. Denver is simply where most of our calls come from.
